Java Developer

Salary: £55,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require active SC clearance.
• We are looking for seasoned Java Developers or Software Engineers.
• We expect experience with central government transformation projects, ideally with GDS experience.
• We expect strong Java backend development experience with microservices.
• We expect experience with Spring framework-based web applications, especially Spring Boot.
• We expect experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes.
• We value a CI/CD mindset and an agile approach.
• We are looking for a consultative approach to problem solving and solution building.
• We prefer candidates based within commutable distance of London.

We are hiring Java Developers for an exciting central government project. This is a 95% remote role based out of London, with monthly travel to London required. The start date is immediate, and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable working in a collaborative, stakeholder-led, people-first environment on public sector digital services.
