IT Technician

Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 1st and 2nd line IT support experience.
• We require experience with Windows Server.
• We require experience with Microsoft 365.
• We require experience with Active Directory or Entra ID.
• We require exposure to networking technologies including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN.
• We require excellent communication skills.
• We require excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with FreshService, SSO solutions, and remote management tools is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We provide first point of contact support for all IT-related issues and requests.
• We deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network problems.
• We maintain the smooth operation of our IT services and systems.
• We resolve technical issues promptly and effectively to support productivity.
• We assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and device configuration.
• We provide training to staff on our IT systems.
