IT Service Manager

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Demonstrable Service Management experience
• Understanding and exposure to the ITIL Service Management Framework
• Ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
• Proven track record of driving process adherence and service improvement initiatives
• Demonstrable experience of independently supporting and maintaining Products and Services

Responsibilities:

• Manage incidents, problems, and service requests affecting end-user devices
• Coordinate multiple technical teams and suppliers to restore service quickly
• Assure supplier performance and validate management information
• Support accurate service reporting and invoicing
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective services
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and drive continual service improvement
• Promote automation and reduce manual processes for enhanced user experience and productivity
• Identify learning and development needs and contribute to community growth
