IT Procurement Manager

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT hardware, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract management and vendor performance oversight.
• We develop and execute annual procurement plans across hardware, software and IT services.
• We design, implement and continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, compliance and commercial value.
• We identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation and contract optimisation.
• We manage supplier selection processes, ensuring procurement decisions align with organisational policies and technology strategies.
• We conduct market analysis, benchmarking exercises and supplier reviews to support informed sourcing decisions.
• We negotiate commercial agreements and contract terms to maximise value and minimise risk.
• We ensure robust governance, due diligence and approval processes are followed throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• We build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and support technology initiatives.
• We provide procurement expertise, market insight and commercial guidance to support strategic decision-making.
• We manage and develop supplier relationships, ensuring service delivery, contractual compliance and value realisation.
