IT Operations Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for proven experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Systems Administration.
• We need hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• We require experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• We are seeking excellent communication skills and the ability to support senior stakeholders.
• We want experience delivering technical projects and improving operational processes.
• We value knowledge of AV and conferencing technologies and modern workplace environments.
• We are looking for a proactive mindset with a genuine interest in technology improvement and automation.

Responsibilities:

• We will manage and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, and endpoint environments.
• We will provide hands-on support across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• We will act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
• We will support AV and video conferencing technology for high-profile meetings and hybrid events.
• We will deliver infrastructure and systems projects from discovery through to implementation.
• We will drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Power Apps, and similar tools.
• We will manage IT suppliers, hardware provisioning, and service delivery performance.
• We will ensure strong security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance practices are maintained.
