Integration Engineering Lead
Job Description
Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- 6 years of experience in integration or API engineering
- Recent hands-on Azure development experience within the last 12 months
- Proven experience leading a team across both MuleSoft and Azure environments
- Real-world migration experience, including enterprise platform migration
- Ability to write clean pull requests and clear architecture decision records
- Own the integrations architecture for a SaaS estate spanning Workday, Oracle Symphony, NetSuite, ecommerce, and other systems
- Lead the MuleSoft-to-Azure migration end to end on a live business timeline
- Manage a team of 3-4 integration engineers, including one-to-ones and development support
- Personally deliver the most complex and high-risk builds in code

We are hiring a Lead Integrations Engineer to own integrations for a major consumer brand in Manchester. We are retiring our MuleSoft Anypoint estate and moving to Azure, using APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will spend around half your week coding while also guiding and developing our integration team. We offer a £100,000 base salary plus 10% bonus, private medical cover, pension, and additional brand perks. The role is based in Manchester city centre with three days a week in the office, and sponsorship is not available.
