Requirements:

• Experience with installations, builds, configuration, administration, and support of Windows Active Directory large-scale infrastructures
• Knowledge of Hyper-V
• Knowledge of AWS
• Experience managing on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Experience troubleshooting Group Policy Object (GPO) issues, DNS, DHCP, and AD replication errors
• Experience with identity management, user provisioning, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) rollouts
• Experience performing Active Directory migrations, upgrades, and security hardening
• Experience building, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Hyper-V clusters and virtual machine environments
• Experience monitoring resource utilization, storage performance, and system health
• Experience troubleshooting hypervisor failures, virtual machine performance bottlenecks, and network connectivity issues
• Experience implementing disaster recovery, backup solutions, and business continuity plans for virtual workloads
• Experience designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with AWS core services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53, and RDS
• Experience monitoring cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization using AWS native tools
• Experience troubleshooting AWS networking, security groups, and hybrid cloud connectivity (VPN/Direct Connect)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and secure on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Troubleshoot complex Group Policy Object (GPO) issues, DNS, DHCP, and AD replication errors
• Execute identity management, user provisioning, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) rollouts

We are recruiting for an Infrastructure System Engineer role focused on large-scale Windows Active Directory infrastructure, Hyper-V virtualization, and AWS cloud infrastructure. This is a 6-month contract, outside IR35, with an ASAP start and 2 days per week onsite.
