Infrastructure Operations Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience and understanding of Windows Server 2016 onwards, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 onwards, Microsoft Office, network technologies (WAN/LAN), and remote access
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools such as Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, SolarWinds, Datadog, and Squared Up
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive approach
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
- Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
- Logical approach to troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems
- Experience of incident management on an ITSM system
- Understanding of creating knowledge base documentation
- Monitor our internal systems using company monitoring tools
- Raise and manage incidents through our ITSM system and handle other BAU tasks
- Ensure all system monitoring alerts are processed in a timely manner
- Ensure incidents and changes are dealt with appropriately
- Provide a professional service at all times
- Resolve customer problems to a satisfactory conclusion
- Ensure incident OLA and SLA targets are met
- Work collaboratively with other departments across our business

We are recruiting for an Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our professional services team in Leeds. This is a fully office-based role on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, consisting of two 12-hour day shifts and two 12-hour night shifts. We offer the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment supporting internal systems and incident management within a leading client organisation.
