Infrastructure Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst.
• We need strong VMware administration and support experience.
• We need experience with Microsoft Azure, including Entra ID and cloud services.
• We need strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, including 2016, 2019 and 2022.
• We need expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Windows File Services.
• We need solid networking and troubleshooting experience.
• We need understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability solutions.
• We need experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
• We need excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• We need the ability to work across both project and operational environments.

Responsibilities:

• We will support and develop enterprise infrastructure services across multiple locations.
• We will provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from design and implementation through to operational support.
• We will work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure and application projects.
• We will maintain infrastructure documentation, recovery procedures and system designs.
• We will support business continuity, disaster recovery and high-availability initiatives.
• We will monitor, troubleshoot and optimise infrastructure performance.
• We will contribute to technology roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
