Head of Embedded Software

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as a Head of Embedded Software, Head of Software, Software Development Manager, or in a similar leadership role
• Experience in some of the following technical areas: Embedded Software, DSP, FPGA, and AI/ML

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a highly technically capable team of engineers across Embedded, DSP, FPGA, and AI/ML disciplines
• Train, develop, and nurture existing team members
• Hire and onboard additional team members when required to ensure deliverables are met
• Implement process improvements across the team, particularly in how software is developed and maintained
