Head of D365 CE & Power Platform

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on background in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform delivery, ideally within a partner or consultancy environment
• Proven experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• This role may suit someone already at Head or Practice Lead level, or a strong Team Lead or Principal Consultant ready to step into their first leadership role

Responsibilities:

• Own practice performance across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Work closely with leadership to shape commercial and delivery strategy
• Grow and develop the team as the practice scales, including future hiring
• Act as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for clients
