Full Stack Angular Software Engineer

Salary: £49,000 - 89,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven track record in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular, including NgRx and RxJS
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful API integration
• Experience in Java, Hibernate, JPA, ORM, and microservices
• Experience with object-oriented and functional programming
• Solid understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git and Bitbucket
• Experience with web performance optimisation
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Additional European language skills, ideally German
• Experience writing test cases, such as unit and integration testing (for example, JUnit, Cypress)
• Experience with OpenShift, Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Oracle Cloud

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using Angular
• Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development
• Optimise application performance and loading times to enhance user experience
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Contribute to planning and estimation of development tasks and sprints
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
