Field Service Engineer / Moving & Handling / Healthcare

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer.
• We ideally want someone with moving and handling industry experience.
• Experience with overhead installation and surveying of ceiling track hoists is highly desirable.
• Experience servicing and/or installing stairlifts would also be of interest.
• Experience servicing and/or installing assistive bathing solutions would also be of interest.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• We need someone who is clean and tidy in their work.
• We require an impeccable sympathetic manner, as you will be working in an emotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• We will maintain our installed base within the care home sector.
• We will provide advice, installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance for our solutions.
• We will cover Oxford and the surrounding areas, typically within a one-hour radius in each direction from Oxford.
• We will work with patient moving and handling solutions that support safer working environments and greater independence for less able-bodied people.
