Field Application Engineer

Salary: £19,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a field application engineer role
• Strong understanding of Aerospace and Defence industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel throughout the UK and Europe
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with technical presentations and workshops
• Familiarity with product design and development processes

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers and sales team
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements
• Gather and report customer feedback to the engineering team
• Assist in the development of application notes and technical documentation
• Travel to customer sites for meetings and installations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
