ERP Project Manager

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience managing software implementation projects, ideally ERP and/or SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong customer-facing stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP, finance or business systems is advantageous.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Smartsheet.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to project delivery.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Proactive and solutions focused.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Able to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for ERP and SaaS implementation projects.
• Deliver multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities and customer expectations.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, risk reviews and go-live planning sessions.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Collaborate with consultants, technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including project plans, UAT documentation and go-live readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practices.
