D365 Finance & Operations Support Engineer

Salary: £67,000 - 82,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of support experience with D365 Finance & Operations, including order processing management
• Proven knowledge of business processes in a sales and distribution operation
• Fluent in English
• An additional European language is a plus
• Knowledge of D365 Retail and Commerce is desired
• Microsoft certification for D365 Finance & Operations is desired

Responsibilities:

• Provide ERP support for international markets in Europe and APAC, including handling support tickets
• Analyse tickets raised by our international business users and determine the best way to help and support each enquiry
• Carry out hands-on work in system setups and configurations
• Provide user training and documentation to reduce errors
• Support continuous training of business users
• Participate in documenting processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in D365 standards and technologies

This role offers a salary of 40,000 to 45,000 plus excellent benefits, and you will work 3 days in the office. Our international IT team has recently upgraded 18 subsidiaries onto D365 FO, and the wider programme is transforming how our organisation operates through a modern, accountable, and secure cloud-based environment. You will work closely with our key business users, support partners, and infrastructure team.
