Creatio Technical Consultant/Senior Consultant

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Creatio implementations, with knowledge in areas such as Sales, Service, or Marketing processes.
• Proficiency in Creatio configuration, including object customisation, business process design, and UI/UX adjustments using no-code/low-code tools.
• Strong consulting and/or CRM/BPM implementation experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creatio certifications such as Creatio Certified Professional or Creatio Developer.
• Experience with Creatio development tools and concepts such as C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Creatio SDK for extending platform functionality.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with other CRM or BPM platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their business requirements, guide them on Creatio capabilities and best practices, and translate these into effective solution designs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and contributing to their success.
• Configure the Creatio no-code/low-code platform to build robust and scalable CRM/BPM solutions.
• Contribute to the technical design, development, and deployment of Creatio solutions, which may include coding and API development for more complex requirements.
• Contribute to the improvement of our standards, approaches, frameworks, and tools within the Creatio ecosystem.
• Work effectively within a diverse team of digital specialists, contributing your expertise to create cutting-edge solutions.
• Learn from and be mentored by senior team members, continuously developing your Creatio skills and knowledge.
