Business Analyst / Product Owner

Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong mortgage industry or financial services experience.
• Detailed knowledge of mortgage origination and servicing.
• Experience working on technology implementation or transformation programmes.
• Strong Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership experience.
• Experience working with third-party vendors or implementation partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.
• Mambu experience would be a significant advantage, particularly in a mortgage, lending or financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Mortgage SME across our implementation programme.
• Lead Business Analysis and Product Ownership activities across mortgage origination and servicing.
• Work closely with our third-party technology/vendor partner responsible for the implementation.
• Gather, define and translate complex business requirements into clear product and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders across our business, product and technology teams to define priorities and deliverables.
• Review and challenge vendor solutions to ensure they meet our business requirements.
• Support UAT, testing, implementation and go-live activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities throughout the programme.
• Ensure a successful transition from implementation into business-as-usual operations.

We are an innovative FinTech organisation embarking on a significant new programme focused on mortgage origination and servicing. This is a permanent role based in London with one day per week in the office and four days remote. We offer a salary of £70,000–£90,000 plus excellent benefits.
