Business Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• A strong track record delivering in fast-paced, high-performing change environments
• Hands-on experience with system rollouts, integrations and business change projects
• Confidence managing stakeholders at all levels, internal and external
• A knack for clear, high-quality written deliverables such as process flows, data requirements and UI specs
• Comfort working autonomously in matrix project teams
• Excellent communication skills and a business-outcome mindset, framing requirements around value rather than just features
• Strong analytical, organisational and change-control skills
• A collaborative approach that brings people with you
• BCS Business Analysis Foundation or Diploma is nice to have
• PMI-PBA is nice to have
• Exposure to PRINCE2, Waterfall or Agile is nice to have

Responsibilities:

• Lead BA activity across IT implementation, integration and configuration projects
• Run in-depth process mapping and requirements gathering with stakeholders across the business
• Turn complex needs into clear specifications, user stories and design documentation
• Spot design issues and downstream impacts before they become problems
• Partner with IT teams and third-party providers to keep projects on track
• Help shape the BA function, its standards and ways of working
• Coach and quality-check work from junior team members
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, manage expectations and influence outcomes

We are offering a strategic Business Analyst role in a growing organisation, based in Taunton with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week in the office.
