Business Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with strong Business Analysis experience.
• Experience gained within the public sector is desirable but not essential.
• Experience supporting change, transformation, organisational design, process improvement or Lean initiatives would be highly beneficial.
• We need someone with the ability to engage stakeholders, challenge existing ways of working and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities:

• We will work closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders and Project Managers to understand business challenges and define requirements.
• We will support the delivery of two high-profile transformation programmes.
• We will help shape the future direction of our organisation through meaningful organisational change.
• We will support a major operational training improvement programme by reviewing how training is delivered.
• We will identify opportunities to improve processes and help design more effective ways of working.
• Depending on experience, we may also support a wider organisational design and transformation programme.
• We will contribute to business change, operating model improvements and organisational redesign.
