Application Packager

Requirements:

• We require strong hands-on 3rd line experience in packaging for multiple platforms.
• We require expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Apple Business Manager (ABM), iOS/iPadOS device management, Windows 10 and Windows 11, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 Administration, PowerShell scripting and automation.
• We require strong knowledge of different packaging formats.
• We require experience in troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis.
• We require experience working within enterprise and highly regulated environments.
• We require experience deploying and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance, Policies, Security Policies, Application Packaging and Deployment, and Conditional Access Policies.
• You must have the right to work in the UK and be resident in the UK.
• You must be able to work 5 days a week on-site in the UK and be based within commuting distance of Manchester or Inverness.

• We support software delivery in a controlled and monitored method as an Application Packager.
• We drive improvements, change, and efficiency in end user services.
• We work across Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows OS, Apple Business Manager, iOS device management, policy deployment, and PowerShell automation.
• We support multiple high-profile clients as part of our End User Services UK department.
