AI/Data Engineers

Salary: £42,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for experience as an AI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Developer, or in a similar role.
• We need strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• We value experience building data pipelines and working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or generative AI technologies is important.
• Exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar is beneficial.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures is desirable.
• We are looking for strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering solutions within Agile environments is preferred.
• Applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) Clearance.

• We design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms.
• We develop analytics and AI-enabled solutions that support business decision-making.
• We create and implement machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• We integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and reliability.
• We work closely with analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• We optimise systems for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• We contribute to testing, monitoring, and quality assurance activities.
• We produce clear technical documentation and follow data governance and security best practices.
