AI Engineer C#.Net JavaScript SaaS

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools
• Ability to write effective specifications and prompts and confidently review AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability
• Strong full stack development experience with C# .Net combined with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience building cloud-based SaaS applications
• Genuine interest in applying AI to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high engineering standards
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including architecture, testing, code quality, and Agile delivery
• Analytical problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys continuously improving products, processes, and engineering practices

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance modern SaaS applications
• Work closely with Product Owners to shape new features from concept through to production
• Build scalable, high-quality software
• Write automated tests
• Review code and contribute throughout the Agile development lifecycle
• Use AI to accelerate delivery while taking ownership of architecture, quality, security, and technical decision-making
• Define technical solutions and write clear specifications as the platform evolves
• Review AI-generated code
• Orchestrate AI workflows
• Help establish engineering best practices across the team
