Salary: £117,000 - 117,000 per year

Requirements:

• 9 years overall IT experience.
• 5 years hands-on CyberArk implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in PAM onboarding, automation, and platform configuration.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale CyberArk deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our CyberArk onboarding strategy, planning, wave execution coordination, and technical governance across the PAM onboarding program.
• Define our onboarding approaches for VDI, VM, Windows, Linux, local administrator, root, and service accounts.
• Validate our platform design, safe structure, account grouping, and naming standards.
• Provide technical guidance to onboarding engineers and project teams.
• Review discovery reports and define onboarding prioritization.
• Identify onboarding blockers and remediation requirements.
• Coordinate readiness activities with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Review account inventory reconciliation and onboarding scope validation.
• Configure and optimize our Safes, Platforms, CPM, PSM, password rotation, reconciliation accounts, and session recording.
• Develop and review onboarding automation using CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive bulk onboarding and automated discovery initiatives.
• Lead onboarding validation and testing activities.
• Approve onboarding evidence and production readiness.
• Manage exception handling and rollback strategies.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Review SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and transition documents.
• Provide technical handover to operations teams.
• Prepare executive onboarding dashboards and status reports.
