Technical Business Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within a significant transformation or implementation programme
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV
- Business process analysis and requirements gathering experience
- Experience producing functional specifications and user stories
- Experience with systems integration and APIs
- Experience with data migration and data transformation
- Experience with UAT and software testing
- Stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Knowledge of Power Platform, D365 CRM/Customer Engagement, Power BI, SQL, Azure DevOps or Jira would be beneficial
- Experience within membership organisations, education, professional bodies or other customer-focused organisations would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Analyse and map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop user stories, process flows, use cases and functional specifications
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Work with technical teams and vendors on system integrations, APIs and data flows
- Support data migration and transformation activities, including data mapping and validation
- Develop test scenarios, scripts and acceptance criteria
- Support UAT, manage defects and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Act as the link between business users, IT teams, developers and third-party suppliers

We are offering a 12 month FTC for two experienced Technical Business Analysts to join a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation within a well-established professional organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a significant technology and business transformation, helping us shape new systems and processes and deliver improved experiences for our customers, members and colleagues. The role is based in central London with 1-2 days a week onsite, and includes excellent benefits such as a 10% pension and 30 days holiday.
