AI/ML Governance Strategy Senior Associate

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills, including use of Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Alteryx
• Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with management and other stakeholders to support business goals
• Prior experience in AI/ML and GenAI delivery in the financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a changing work environment
• Ability to execute tasks and effectively manage changes in plan
• Preferred knowledge of banking, markets, and trading

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and build of our AI/ML Governance executive management reporting and dashboards
• Roll out our AI/ML Governance processes by updating documentation such as procedures, charters, operating models, and job aids, and by developing and delivering effective communications and trainings
• Provide hands-on support to stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure their understanding of and compliance with requirements
• Monitor compliance with governance and control requirements and engage stakeholders to remediate issues
• Partner closely with subject matter experts in AI/ML Data Science, Architecture & Engineering, and Data to identify areas for process improvement
• Help define and implement the strategic roadmap for firmwide and our governance tooling to enhance and streamline AI/ML governance
