Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Typically 3 years of development experience, ideally in the financial services industry, with Java as the primary programming language.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to different perspectives and ways of working.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Desirable: knowledge of leveraging AI for code generation and building agents.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and support reliable, highly performant distributed Java-based applications, including real-time streaming with high-volume and concurrent workloads.
• Present designs to technical reviewers and contribute to reviewing designs and code.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance.
• Support production releases to help our team meet SLAs.
