Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM)
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies such as MSP and PRINCE2
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes across complex environments

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM programmes
• Act as the primary client interface and build strong, trusted relationships
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
• Develop and manage robust programme plans aligned to our MAXIMISE methodology
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
• Support pre-sales and business development activities
