Senior SRE Engineer

Salary: £100,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong AWS engineering experience within large-scale enterprise environments
• End-to-end Dynatrace implementation experience
• Experience designing and deploying Dynatrace across complex cloud environments
• Strong understanding of APM, infrastructure monitoring and observability
• Dynatrace configuration, dashboards, alerting and performance monitoring
• Experience integrating Dynatrace into AWS and wider engineering/tooling ecosystems
• Strong understanding of SLIs, SLOs, availability, reliability and performance
• Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally Terraform or Ansible
• Kubernetes or EKS experience
• CI/CD and automation experience
• Experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and drive root-cause analysis
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work across engineering, infrastructure and application teams
• Proven technical ownership within large-scale enterprise environments

Responsibilities:

• Take technical ownership of observability and reliability across large-scale AWS environments
• Help engineering teams improve platform performance, resilience and availability
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and ownership of Dynatrace across complex enterprise environments
• Take Dynatrace from initial requirements and architecture through deployment, configuration and integration
• Establish dashboards, alerting, monitoring standards and ongoing optimisation
• Use automation, Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native tooling to improve reliability and reduce operational overhead
