C# WPF UI Team Lead

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong commercial-grade C# and WPF user interface development skills using .NET 6-10, .NET Framework 4.8, or .NET Core
• Some knowledge of C++ desktop UI, such as MFC, for occasional legacy work
• Expertise with Windows and Microsoft technologies in general
• Ability to align with business priorities and apply them within a team of 3+ developers, delivering to time and quality
• Technical interview and hiring experience, onboarding experience, and mentoring skills
• Willingness to participate in and supervise detailed technical training, with excellent documentation
• A collaborative approach, working alongside the engine team lead
• Existing long-term UK work permission without visa sponsorship
• Resident in the Cambridge area, or with strong ties to the area

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3+ developers and help deliver work to time and quality
• Promote a positive and productive culture, including well-tested code
• Participate in further recruitment, assess candidates qualities, and help hire the right people
• Mentor, develop, and inspire team members
• Take part in and provide detailed technical training on our specialised software
• Work collaboratively with the engine team lead
• Contribute to a long-term role where your expertise and input are valued
