Agile Coach

Requirements:

• Strong experience working as an Agile Coach within a large or complex organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
• Experience coaching multiple Agile teams and senior stakeholders.
• Background supporting Agile, digital or technology transformation programmes.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

• Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
• Assess Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement.
• Embed Agile principles, behaviours and effective ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.
• Identify blockers, dependencies and wider delivery challenges.
• Support teams in becoming more autonomous, accountable and outcome-focused.
• Improve collaboration across technology, product and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across the wider delivery function.

We are partnered with a leading organisation in the financial services sector to hire an experienced Agile Coach for a large-scale transformation programme. This is a 6-month contract role with a day rate of £700 - £800, with likely extensions. You will work across multiple delivery teams to improve Agile maturity, strengthen ways of working, and help teams deliver more effectively.
