Senior ICT Analyst

Salary: £40,174 - 43,236 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in application support, administration and service improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or similar low-code technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premises applications and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience with system integrations, data management and troubleshooting.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with NEC solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Take technical ownership of key business applications, including revenues and benefits systems.
• Support application administration, configuration, testing, integrations, data migration and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Support service transformation and help improve and transform digital services.
