Applications Support Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for a methodical, proactive and analytical applications specialist.
- We want someone with previous experience supporting and advising a business on how to maximise system capabilities.
- You should be a confident systems administrator with the proven ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
- You should be able to take the initiative with your own responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Qube, Civica CX, COINS or PeopleHR would be a distinct advantage.
- We are looking for experience of working with SaaS and third-party applications within a commercially orientated business.
- You should have excellent problem-solving and investigation skills.
- We value strong documentation skills and an appreciation of the importance of detailed records.
- We provide an in-house system administrator role for our hosted applications, including MRIs Qube and Civicas CX.
- We resolve service desk tickets relating to a range of assigned applications and document the resolutions and actions undertaken.
- We maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
- We support the business with system reports and wider day-to-day system operations.
- We prepare maintenance and upgrade schedule proposals for management review.
- We lead system upgrade tasks, including the management of UAT.
- We work with our in-house training academy to support the onboarding of new application users.
- We provide support and advice to application users to help us make the most of our technology efficiencies.
