Requirements:
  • We are looking for a Digital Product Manager with experience in a commercial organisation.
  • Experience within Financial Services, particularly ISAs, will support success in this role.
  • We need a user-focused mindset and the ability to think from the perspective of a user.
  • We need competence in vertical user story slicing using a variety of product and agile techniques.
  • We need proficiency in in-person and virtual collaboration tools in a hybrid environment.
  • We need an effective and engaging communicator who can present complex information clearly and adapt communication style to the audience.
  • We need someone comfortable working with data and translating it into actions.
  • We need the ability to work independently or in a team, collaborate effectively, self-manage competing workloads, and prioritise well.
  • We need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions and resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities:
  • We take ownership of a product and play a lead role within a cross-functional team to optimise the client and commercial value it delivers.
  • We define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators for the product.
  • We collaborate with the team to deliver a roadmap that drives value for both our clients and our business.
  • We work with internal and external experts to prototype new solutions and organise and attend user research sessions with clients, non-clients, and third-party companies.
  • We work with a cross-functional team to create hypotheses and run experiments to validate problem areas or solution ideas.
  • We use performance and engagement data, and feedback loops, to uncover opportunities and make well-informed decisions and recommendations.
  • We participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews or demos, refinement, and planning.
  • We actively lead refinement activities using techniques such as customer journey mapping, story mapping, and clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the squad.
  • We contribute to the wider Product Management Community of Practice.
