Senior Researcher, Large Language Models

Salary: £33,000 - 73,000 per year

Requirements:

• We prefer a Ph.D. in Computer Science, ideally with a research focus in Natural Language Processing (NLP), large language models, or related areas.
• We are looking for familiarity with machine learning foundations, including a strong understanding of statistical models and experience working on NLP-related projects.
• We require proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with basic data structures and algorithms.
• Publication of academic results in top-tier AI and NLP conferences such as ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, EMNLP, or ACL is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• We develop agents based on large language models and optimize their performance.
• We collaborate with game designers and engineers to integrate LLM-powered agents into live game environments while meeting latency, cost, and player experience requirements.
• We research cutting-edge techniques in LLM reasoning, planning, tool use, and memory, and adapt them to game agent scenarios.
