Salary: £70,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for someone who is legally authorised to work in the location where this role is based.
  • We require a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • We require 1+ year of work or equivalent experience involving cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • A technical certification in cloud technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • We act as the voice of the customer and partner by identifying and sharing feedback on technical capabilities, blockers, and insights with internal teams.
  • We demonstrate basic technical concepts and validate design solutions through design collaboration sessions with customers and partners.
  • We support customer skilling needs by participating in technical delivery discussions with internal and external stakeholders to transfer knowledge and contribute to readiness.
  • With supervision, we identify issues and advise customers and partners on operating and optimizing performance in line with Microsoft best practices.
  • We apply methodology and governance as directed to minimize business and technical risks and uphold quality assurance in design and delivery.
  • We learn about Microsofts cloud and support products, services, and value propositions and share those learnings with peers and customers as appropriate.
  • We assess customer and partner needs, gather information, and help identify growth opportunities.
  • We identify areas in intellectual property that need refreshing or have gaps and contribute to IP development with guidance and supervision.
  • We leverage mentorships, role-based resources, training courses, and internal events to learn new technologies and services.
