Job Description

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience leading complex, outcome-focused ServiceNow transformation programmes within private sector industries, including ServiceNow, enterprise service management, and service operating models.
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, iRM, ITOM, and CSM, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and varied environment.
  • Thought leadership experience in Energy, Resource and Industrial (ER&I) industries.
  • Commercial awareness to manage effective client, supplier, and partner relationships.
  • Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a programme with appropriate resources and cost modelling.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering market-leading solutions and building the business and reputation of the practice.
  • Desirable: PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification, or equivalent.
  • Desirable: ITIL v3/4 Foundation or higher, or equivalent certifications.
  • Desirable: ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer certification, or equivalent.
  • Desirable: ServiceNow Implementation certification, or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Technology Architect or Master Architect certification, or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships and solution delivery for complex, large-scale ServiceNow engagements.
  • Partner with clients to deliver impactful outcomes and foster the growth of our team.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Identify potential clients, develop proposals, and participate in business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide solutions aligned to business objectives and goals.
  • Lead project teams and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Manage project financials to ensure profitability and effective resource allocation.
  • Apply standard delivery models and leverage relationships across the global firm and Global Delivery Network.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in ServiceNow, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and keep everyone aligned to the same goals.
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Drive ServiceNow business and practice development activities.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative market solution offerings based on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead proposal development, including architectural insight and solution fit for prospective clients.
  • Support oral presentations to credentialise our expertise.
  • Create resource estimates and commercial approaches to support business development.
  • Build delivery timelines and project plans.
  • Work as part of a wider response team and understand offshore and onshore delivery models.
