Network Operations Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Background in IT, networking, infrastructure support, technical operations or a similar environment
• Comfortable working within a 24/7 rotation-based shift pattern
• Linux systems administration experience
• Experience using ITSM or ticket management systems
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network, server, power and environmental systems within a 24x7 operations environment
• Respond to alerts, perform troubleshooting and incident triage
• Manage tickets through to resolution with accurate documentation
• Coordinate escalations with engineering teams, field service providers and vendors
• Work a rotating shift pattern covering days, nights and scheduled rest days
• Work site-based in Avonmouth
