Brand Community Strategist

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Brand Community Strategist to support the French market, located in the UK, Ireland, or the Netherlands.
• Active Reddit user with a deep understanding of subreddits, threads, crossposts, Reddiquette, and community dynamics.
• 4-7 years of experience in community management, social media strategy, or agency-side consultative account support.
• Proven capability to handle diverse incoming partner requests and translate complex internet culture into actionable marketing guidance.
• Hands-on understanding of profile setup, account verification, community moderation dynamics, and Reddit Pro listening tools.
• Ability to anticipate community sentiment and explain how organic community health supports broader marketing funnels.
• Comfortable working in the gray area to guide brands through dynamic, non-standardized requests.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent French.

Responsibilities:

• Support brand partner requests across their community journeys and help build trust in Reddit as a marketing platform.
• Partner with sales teams to respond to inbound partner needs and recommend where and how brands should engage.
• Advise on community etiquette and guide overall community activation strategies.
• Respond to partner requests by advising where and how a brand should engage organically across subreddits.
• Deliver tactical community engagement recommendations tailored to use cases such as customer care, fandom, and organic campaigns.
• Educate brand teams on best practices for tone and voice, including copywriting for posts, comments, and AMA responses.
• Advise brands on moderator outreach, community rules, and moderation best practices.
• Guide brand partners through profile setup, verification, and use of Reddit Pro listening features.
• Support partner requests in partnership with Sales and Reddit Partner teams while helping brand marketing teams navigate internal approvals.
• Synthesize trends and insights from partner inquiries to share feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
