M365 Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £41,000 - 69,500 per year
Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects within an MSP, consultancy or customer-facing technical environment.
- Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies and solutions.
- Confident communicating with customers and able to contribute to technical discussions, solution design and technology roadmaps.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with PowerShell, scripting or workflow automation.
- An interest in Microsoft Copilot, AI and automation, with a willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
- Exposure to Power Automate, Rewst, API integrations or similar automation technologies would be advantageous.
- A proactive and ambitious approach, with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
- Deliver Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID and the wider M365 ecosystem.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and recommendations.
- Support the design and implementation of Modern Workplace solutions.
- Contribute to the development of Microsoft Copilot, AI and automation services.
- Use PowerShell and automation to improve processes and deliver efficient technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer outcomes, project quality and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the wider technical team while taking ownership of assigned projects.
