Manager, Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud and AgentForce Solution Architect with strong technical and strategic capability.
• We need experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, including at least one end-to-end implementation.
• We need experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including implementing 1-2 client POCs.
• We need Salesforce Admin certification.
• We need Platform App Builder certification and experience implementing Salesforce Flows.
• We value experience in marketing automation, data model and architecture in the Salesforce ecosystem or equivalent customer data modelling best practices.
• We value Salesforce cross-cloud integrations and proficiency in moderately complex SQL queries.
• We value experience integrating with cloud-based data warehouses or data lakes such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• We value hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce capabilities and building AI-driven agents.
• We value practical knowledge of Generative AI workflow design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• We value familiarity with Agentic AI orchestration across Salesforce Clouds.
• We value a strong understanding of the Salesforce Trust Layer and secure, compliant AI deployments.
• We value effective presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: experience with SOQL and APEX.
• Preferred: front-end coding skills including HTML, CSS/SASS, Typescript, React, XML, and JSON.

Responsibilities:

• We will develop, build, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud instances alongside Sales, Service, and Commerce Cloud.
• We will drive end-to-end project execution, including analysis, documentation, solution development, testing, and performance delivery.
• We will identify technical design and data model risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• We will participate in technical design and data model workshops with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• We will translate complex technical requirements and solutions into story-based narratives for the business and present strategies to executives.
• We will recommend more efficient solutions by leveraging knowledge of new and upcoming Salesforce features.
• We will keep technical documentation updated through active participation in workshops.
• We will lead sessions to understand client needs in technical marketing and Salesforce Data Cloud requirements.
• We will act as a key technical resource throughout the implementation process.
• We will assess client requirements, propose effective solutions, and communicate the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• We will develop, oversee, and maintain data models, segmentation, architecture, code documentation, and technical specifications for assigned workstreams.
• We will lead the development and physical design of solutions, guide the development team, and protect architectural integrity.
• We will manage workstreams in large-scale enterprise implementations focused on Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data models.
• We will design and integrate Agentforce-powered AI capabilities into Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• We will develop and optimise Generative AI workflows for personalised content creation, summarisation, and insight generation in line with Salesforce Trust Layer standards.
• We will apply Agentic AI best practices to orchestrate multi-step autonomous Salesforce processes across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud.
• We will identify AI-specific risks related to data usage, bias, and model behaviour and support mitigation efforts in line with Salesforce guidance.
• We will stay current with new Salesforce AI ecosystem features and proactively recommend opportunities for value creation.
