Principal Enterprise Architect

Salary: £37,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, such as software vendor architect, CTO at a top consulting firm, or enterprise architect at a customer.
• We need proven ability to think strategically and connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• We require excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical concepts and strategic visions to C-level executives.
• We need demonstrated experience in capability mapping, enterprise modernization, and a strong understanding of Agentic AI.
• We require strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions, ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, or ServiceNow, cybersecurity fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
• We need a strong background in data architecture, integration patterns, and data-related development languages such as SQL and Python.
• We require strong technical experience with system integrations, data operations, and automation capabilities.
• We need the ability to move comfortably between explaining an architecture diagram and building or assembling a demo.
• We require an MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree in an information technology-related field.
• We require fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish, German, French, or Italian is a strong advantage.
• Preferred: Celonis certifications and experience with OCPM and case-centric data pipelines.
• Preferred: AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
• Preferred: ESB or ETL certifications such as Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, or Informatica.
• Preferred: TOGAF or Zachman certification.
• Preferred: experience in at least two domains among finance, manufacturing, supply chain, customer or consumer management, HR, or procurement.
• Preferred: experience in at least two industries among consumer goods, banking, pharma, aerospace, telco, or transport.

Responsibilities:

• We lead and define the overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for our largest client accounts.
• We engage with customer C-level executives and align their strategic objectives with our technical strategy.
• We drive innovation by identifying and architecting solutions using emerging technologies, including Agentic AI.
• We act as the bridge between our product and engineering teams and our clients teams to deliver the best technical services.
• We assess the IT landscape maturity of our customer installed base for the region.
• We participate in pre-sales and post-sales phases by engaging with customer architecture and security teams.
• We coach and guide our consulting teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability issues.
• We develop reusable assets for consulting teams on projects.
• We create customer-facing position papers, assets, and thought leadership presentations on architecture and innovation.
• We create technical designs and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
