Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We need a bachelors degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Digital Workplace, Communication, or a related field.
  • We need 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 environments, digital workplace, collaboration technologies, adoption programs, or related areas.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, or Microsoft 365 Collaboration/Modern Workplace certifications are desirable.
  • We require strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration services and SharePoint Online.
  • We need good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • We require strong experience in user adoption, change management, and employee enablement initiatives.
  • We need excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • We require excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the UK and Europe.
  • We require fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is highly valued.
  • We require a full clean UK driving licence.
Responsibilities:
  • We drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, promote best practices, support governance initiatives, and help employees maximise the value of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • We drive SharePoint adoption, improve user experience, and promote effective information management practices across the organisation.
  • We support the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, as well as AI agents and Copilot Studio-based scenarios.
  • We work closely with end users, local IT contacts, service desk teams, and the European Modern Workplace team to ensure users are informed, supported, and empowered while respecting governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • We contribute to the continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services and help reduce ticket volumes.
  • We improve awareness and education of Microsoft 365 by delivering training programmes and initiatives.
  • We ensure documentation stays aligned with Microsoft best practices and organisational standards, and we develop self-service documentation.
