Senior Service Analyst

Salary: £42,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an existing Lead Consultant or Senior Consultant with at least 2 years experience in a customer-facing technology, licensing, optimisation or advisory environment.
• We are looking for experience in software licensing, SAM, ITAM, cloud optimisation, reporting or a similar analytical role.
• We need a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, usage or optimisation data.
• We need experience analysing Azure consumption, cost management or optimisation information.
• We need proven ability to create customer-facing reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• We need advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• We value strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• We deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure optimisation reports that provide customers with clear, actionable insight.
• We identify opportunities to optimise licensing, improve utilisation, reduce risk and control costs.
• We translate complex technical and consumption data into recommendations that customers can easily understand and act on.
• We present findings and insights to customers, consultants and internal stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
• We improve reporting quality, consistency and scalability across the Licence Services function.
• We support service improvement initiatives, helping to develop more efficient and repeatable ways of working.
• We act as a trusted senior analyst, providing expertise, quality assurance and support across the wider team.
