Desktop Support Engineer - Spanish Speaking

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience diagnosing, prioritising, and resolving IT incidents with a focus on first-time resolution.
• Solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Comfortable working with Windows and user operating systems.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and docking stations.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote access.
• Experience with ITSM and/or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support, resolving incidents, service requests, and user queries.
• Act as the first point of contact for users requiring hands-on technical assistance.
• Install, configure, replace, and maintain computers, peripherals, and workplace equipment.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, audiovisual equipment, and collaboration technology.
• Record and maintain accurate information on incidents and requests using our ITSM system.
• Carry out regular checks of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.

We are recruiting for a Spanish speaking Desktop Support Engineer on behalf of a leading Spanish-based IT consultancy. This is an on-site role in London supporting a corporate client environment. It is a full-time position offering an annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus excellent company benefits.
