Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • We manage subcontractors and suppliers on moderately sized contracts with autonomy and accountability for delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • We identify and engage subcontractors early to support new business pursuits and provide risk and opportunity analysis for early capture.
  • We participate in the development of supplier Statements of Work (SOW).
  • We manage and negotiate contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and terms and conditions.
  • We communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to align on policies, practices, and procedures.
  • We manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements placed on subcontractors or product families, ensuring contract milestone delivery.
  • We work with suppliers and stakeholders to build collaborative partnerships and strategic relationships that deliver value for the organisation.
  • We apply advanced subcontracting knowledge to assess programme and supply chain challenges, mitigate risks, develop opportunities, and solve complex problems across multiple work areas.
