Requirements:
  • We have applied experience in technical program/project management, leading complex technology projects and programmes in a large organisation.

  • We have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver executive summaries and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • We have strong technical fluency and familiarity with current infrastructure platforms and technologies, including compute, network, storage, and/or runtime products.
  • We have a proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • We can balance trade-offs across concurrent initiatives effectively.
  • We have demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to break down objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
  • We have demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows.
  • We review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, and we follow data sensitivity and handling expectations.
  • Preferred: formal training or certification in program and project management.
  • Preferred: cloud platform knowledge to support informed decisions about cloud services and architecture.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of data analytics, data visualisation, and/or intelligent automation.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead a portfolio of complex infrastructure programs, developing and executing comprehensive multi-program plans that incorporate technical requirements, resource allocation, dependencies, and timelines.
  • We establish and maintain portfolio governance, including prioritisation, sequencing, milestone management, dependency coordination, and consistent reporting across programs.
  • We analyse and break down complex business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
  • We own proactive portfolio-level risk and issue management, identifying cross-program risks, resolving roadblocks, escalating effectively, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • We drive cross-functional alignment and delivery by partnering with IP product groups, location support, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • We define scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • We monitor execution and adapt plans by tracking progress across all programs, adjusting schedules and resourcing where needed, and providing regular status updates, executive summaries, and decision-ready insights.
  • We optimise delivery discipline and ways of working by standardising operating cadence, improving transparency, and mentoring other project/program managers where applicable.
  • We use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, while validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
  • We promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
