SAP Change and Training Consultant

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need 4+ years of experience in change management, training, or organisational development with exposure to large-scale technology transformations.
• We need experience supporting OCM and training delivery in technology-driven change environments.
• We need experience leading specific deliverables within OCM and/or training on technology-driven change programmes.
• We need an understanding of how OCM and training methodology components support end-user adoption of new ways of working.
• We need experience working with AI tools for OCM and training workstreams.
• We need strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly and effectively.
• We need the ability to analyse business processes quickly and identify interdependencies across teams and functions.
• We need an empathetic, positive, and proactive approach with a strong drive to complete actions and deliver successful outcomes.
• We need the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
• We need coaching skills and the ability to empower others during change processes.
• We need familiarity with AI tools and supporting customers with the adoption of AI tools.

Responsibilities:

• We will support the growth of our change and training business area and contribute to our strategic development.
• We will manage the change process for impacted stakeholders within assigned clients using a structured Organisational Change Management methodology.
• We will help end users understand how their roles will evolve and ensure they are trained, prepared, and equipped for new systems and ways of working.
• We will contribute as an integral part of our Change and Training Team to the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
• We will deliver high-quality business change deliverables on time as part of project scope.
• We will help establish and manage a Change Network, including change agents, super users, and trainers.
• We will support impact assessments to quantify the scale and nature of change across organisational groups.
• We will help create, maintain, and execute detailed change action plans covering communications, training, and other interventions.
• We will support the creation and execution of communications plans aligned to the overall project change strategy.
• We will assist in updating business process maps and developing standard operating procedures with business process leads.
• We will contribute to business readiness assessments, readiness tracking, and surveys.
• We will support training needs analysis, training material development, course logistics and scheduling, train-the-trainer sessions, end-user training delivery, and feedback collection.
• We will support the technical configuration of change management and training tools such as LMS and survey platforms as required.
• We will contribute to team development, self-directed learning, and the enhancement of our methodology practices.
• We will support or lead practice development initiatives and business development activities.
