Technical Delivery Manager - IT Security

Salary: £90,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering cyber security or information security projects within a regulated environment, ideally financial services.
• Strong project or technical delivery management background with ownership of complex programmes.
• Solid understanding of security, risk and control frameworks.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Exposure to areas such as IAM, third-party risk management, GRC platforms, technology risk or cyber security operations.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber security and information security projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide clear governance, reporting and stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Drive delivery across global teams and third-party partners.
• Ensure successful execution of security change initiatives aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
