Salesforce Developer
Job Description
Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- We require you to be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance.
- You must have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years and have the right to work in the UK.
- We require proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally within public sector or enterprise-scale environments.
- We require strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce DX.
- We value familiarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- We require experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration tools, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, which is desirable.
- We require an understanding of Salesforce security and data models.
- We require familiarity with DevOps processes, version control, and CI/CD in a Salesforce environment.
- We require strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.
- We value exposure to agile delivery methods.
- We value experience with other development languages or frameworks such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or .NET, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as required.
- We require Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- We value Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- We value other Salesforce certifications such as App Builder or Integration Architect.
- We value a degree or equivalent qualification related to your area of expertise.
- We develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- We translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement well-tested, scalable solutions.
- We collaborate with architects and senior developers to support solution design and integration activities.
- We contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development best practices across the Salesforce codebase.
- We build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
- We create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
- We participate in agile ceremonies, providing regular updates and input on task estimates and challenges.
